What SpacedMentorship does

You complete short survey forms. Our system uses OpenAI to transform your inputs into a personalized agenda and follow-up materials. We host our app and infrastructure with trusted vendors listed below.

Who we are

Controller: DistrictZero Inc., an Illinois C‑Corp (2020–Present), for the SpacedMentorship service.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, name (if provided), and basic profile settings.
• Content you provide: survey responses, agendas, emails you draft or send through the product, and files you upload.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, device/browser info, and diagnostics.
• Support communications: messages you send to support@districtzero.co.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the service and generate your agendas.
• Operate, secure, and debug the platform.
• Send essential notices; with your consent, send product tips or updates.
• Comply with law, enforce Terms, and prevent abuse.

AI processing with OpenAI

To generate agendas, we send portions of your inputs to OpenAI for processing. We design prompts to minimize personal data. Where vendor controls allow, we do not permit your content to be used to train their models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Vendors (sub‑processors)

• Vercel: hosting, edge network, build and runtime logs.
• OpenAI: inference to transform your inputs into agendas.
• Resend: transactional email delivery of agendas and notifications.
• Supabase: authentication and storage of user data and generated content.
• Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions and purchases; we do not store full card details.
• YouTube: reference to YouTube videos to help you learn or take next steps.
• American Heart Association: reference to American Heart Association resources to help you learn or take next steps.

We require vendors to protect your data and act only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also reference or recommend resources from the American Heart Association and YouTube to help you learn or take next steps. When we link to these resources, their own privacy policies apply.

Retention

We keep data while you have an account and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time; some records may be retained to meet legal, security, or audit requirements and for limited backups.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

International transfers

Our vendors may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our vendors for these transfers.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correct, export, or delete your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Opt out of non-essential emails.

Children

SpacedMentorship is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 13.
